You pay for the space your stuff fills in our 16-yard dump trailer. These are typical Houston prices so you know what to expect. Labor, hauling and dump fees are included. Text a photo and we'll confirm your exact number before anything gets loaded.

How fast can you get here?
Often the same day if you text before noon. Otherwise next day. Same-day slots fill early, so send the photo as soon as you can.
How does pricing work?
By volume: how much room your stuff takes up in the trailer. That number includes labor, hauling and dump fees. Text a photo and we'll send a firm price. If it takes less space than we figured, you pay less, never more.
Do I have to move it to the curb or driveway?
No. We carry it out from wherever it sits: upstairs, backyard, attic, storage unit. Curbside single items do get a discount if you'd rather save a few dollars.
Why not just wait for City of Houston heavy trash day?
You can, if it's once a month, the pile fits the city's rules and you don't mind it sitting on the curb. We take construction debris, hot tubs and full cleanouts the city won't, and it's gone the day you want it gone.
Do I have to be home?
Not if the items are accessible. Agree on a price by text, leave the gate open, and we'll send you a photo when it's done and cleaned up.
Are you insured?
Yes. We can send a certificate of insurance to property managers, HOAs and contractors on request.
What happens to my stuff?
Usable furniture and appliances get donated when a charity will take them, metal and cardboard get recycled, and the rest goes to a licensed transfer station. Nothing gets dumped on the side of the road.
How do I pay?
When the job's done, not before. Cash, card, Zelle or Cash App. No deposit.
